Feature Table not starting

Hello,
I am having an issue with this widget. It seems to work fine until version 3.17 of the API but the Feature Table will not load completely after version 3.18. The table then looks to be read only and none of the controls on the table will work. The widget works fine when I load it somewhere else on the map, but not inside the bottom pane. Any Idea?
