Tests

Setup and write tests for already implemented features. Future contributors will add their tests before PRs can be merged

Implement Election Candidates feature

Allow users CRUD information about Election Candidates as suggested here.
The information can be defined by whoever is implementing the feature. Suggestions are their full names, manifesto, age, political party, website and social media pages.
