Add MailChimp list signup

Feature Request

People visiting the site should be able to add themselves to our MailChimp list (oh yeah, we have a MailChimp list) to hear when wristbands are available.

Goal

Reduce the number of people using the contact form just to say, "Tell me more". Reduce the number of people Eryn has to add to the list by hand.

Implementation Details

MailChimp lets you create a form where people can add themselves to the list, but it requires some configuration ahead of time. Like, I think I have to decide a whole form through their interface?

I'm not clear if it will give me a widget that we can add to the home page, or if we'll have to link to a page on mailchimp.com where people can join the list. I will update this ticket when that step is figured out, though.
