Browserify v5

Hi there !

Any plans to update this project for browserify v5 support ? That would be awesome (and faster than me breaking my teeth on it =D)

I highly recommend curl ( https://github.com/cujojs/curl ), so I'd then recommend adding it to your recommendations on your readme ; )

rematerialize bundles

This module would be exceedingly slick if another module existed for creating shim browserify instances out of bundles that had already been created with the browserify command. Then we could make an externalize command for factoring out bundle files into common code completely on the command line.

Broken on latest browserify

Hello epeli,

externalize looks broken with the latest browserify. I get this error error when I try the example code :

TypeError: Cannot call method 'bind' of undefined
at BundleManager.resolveModules (/path/node_modules/externalize/index.js:37:44)

I check and the bundle object don't have _resolve property anymore, any clue to fix it?

How about package.json directive.

Nice extension, if there's some package.json directive, it will be even more handy.
