WAURISA 2018 Workshop Data

This repository containes the files needed to complete the Web Mapping with Vector Tiles Workshop at the WAURISA 2018 Conference.

Please clone this repository to your local machine in preparation for the course.

If you are comfortable with git or GitHub clone the repository in your usual fashion.

If you are unfamiliar with git tools or GitHub, the simplest method to download the data is to click on the green button above labeled Clone or download and select the Download ZIP option on the resulting dialog box.

Extract the files from the zip file. Generally this can be done by double clicking the zip file in a file management window. This will create a new subfolder named waurisa2018_workshop_data-master containing the files needed for the class exercises.

Included in the this repository are the following:

• KingCo_2000_Census_BlockGroups - a shape file (consists of 6 files in a subfolder)
• kingCensusBlock.geojson - a GeoJSON file
• index.html - an HTML file used to produce the a web map.
