Keep visible layers visible in tree view when layers are moved up and down the stack

This is current behaviour, when layers get out of view after moving up down stack, tree view does not scroll along with it,
it would be nice to scroll up and down too keep them in view

Idea:

1. Generate a single checkerboard tile QPixmap

Fix lag when moving layers with hundreds of layers

Now that move tool is being implemented,
moving layers is slow as we have to repaint the entire canvas on every move,
solutions might be:
somehow don't paint the entire canvas?
or use a QGraphicsView inside our canvas (previously when using a QGraphicsView the same pan and zoom user experience were not easy to implement, maybe it will work this time)
