Debian aarch64 build fails

In 3befeb4 an attempt was made to switch to debian because ubuntu:focal is having trouble with aarch64.

Unfortunately the aarch64 builds are now not working correctly:

(Note the segmentation fault when running pio run)

The only stable option thus remains ubuntu:bionic until either ubuntu or debian work together with qemu aarch64.

i386 image does not work

The i3836 images apparently haven't been working for a while.

When running pio run in the i386 images, platformio returns sh: 1: xtensa-lx106-elf-g++: not found.

The error sounds a bit like some paths in the toolchain are not set up properly (was the mistake in previous toolchains from PIO), but it's probably not worth investigating considering the i386 image has ~500 pulls total (and most probably from CIs): https://hub.docker.com/r/esphome/esphome-base-i386/tags

Nobody has reported a bug about the image not working before, so it's probably not used except for very few cases.

Action: Remove i386 from builds
