Change "If you are using a free development and testing account from http://developers.arcgis.com. You can draw about 50,000 map views with the 50 credits per month you recive as part of that plan." to "If you are using a free development and testing account from http://developers.arcgis.com you can draw about 50,000 map views with the 50 credits per month you receive as part of that plan."

In the intro, this part about Geocoder seemed out of place, or I didn't understand why it was there. "Despite sharing a name and a namespace with Esri Leaflet, Esri Leaflet Geocoder does not require Esri Leaflet. It is however tested with Esri Leaflet and will work just fine with or without it."

Querying with more then one layer on a page queries wrong fields

If you add more then 1 L.esri.Demographics.DemographicLayer to a map then then try to query both of them they both query the same fields.

Workaround is to set _fieldCache to false before querying.
