Add support for operations with indexes in containers

Rewrite the standard container implementation, to a faster one using avl trees as search of types and linked list for types collisions detection

Rewrite the implementation of strategies and targets to a faster architecture, removed global caches in strategies

Migration to support only .NET 7X

The project should used .NET 6 isted of .NET 7. .NET 7 is not LTS, but has some features in the standard library that make code readability easier. When .NET8 goes into beta, it will be added to the build, and with the release will be major, with the abandonment of .net 7 completely.

So now I should focus on testing optimizations on a single SDK.
