Fix YTDL from crashing when the query returns a channel.

Some queries only return channels instead of videos, which shouldn't happen. What should happen is it should search only for videos and return only videos. as of right now it will only staticaly search for the top result.

Add Database structures.

The bot will need to have use of a DB (preferably PostgreSQL) for certain tasks in the future (for storing things such as blacklisted users, or configuration settings for different servers).

More Crashes with Music commands...

Sometimes when the bot will play music, when it reaches a certain point with the dispatcher, it will just quit playing, that or it must be something with ffmpeg.
