Provide Python code

Few have access to Matlab. Is it possible to provide a Python 3 version of the code? A Python interface to C code may also be sufficient. Thanks.

Untrack .DS_Store files

The .DS_Store file is not meant for inclusion in the repo. It is to be added to a .gitignore file instead. It should be removed from the repo. It is in each directory.

Does the code generate a vector for each document [1XT] where T is the number of the discovered topics? If not, could you please explain how to change the code to obtain such vectors?
