Re-design and re-develop ethersjs website and brand resources

Hello, @ricmoo

I'm a Builder from LXDAO, this is my account for DAO. My original github account is https://github.com/0xYootou.

Now I want to start a project, using the power of LXDAO's developers and designers to do something for the ethersjs library, and bring together some builders to work on this project.

This is our proposal for this idea: lxdao-official/LIPs#1

This is a vote on snapshot (to get support from LXDAO builders): Snapshot Link

There are many things we would like to do with ethersjs, including improving the website, documentation, and content. But we want to start with redesigning and redeveloping our brand and website, and then improve others.

We designed some upcoming brand design resources, like this:

There are 9 more design cards in here: Figma link (anyone can comment on the Figma document)

And we redesign the website, some content in the website is not finalized, we can talk about this later in a meeting or on Figma:

As soon as the design is confirmed, we will begin developing. Such pages are usually developed with Nextjs, and we can also discuss the technology stack.

Use CDN to reduce hosting costs

The cost of hosting the CDN has been climbing for quite some time now, and I expect with the release of the Playground, it will get worse.

So, I plan to investigate hosting the ethers library on https://cdnjs.com.

The in-page ethers can use the Subresource Integrity, but the importScripts isn't quite as flexible, so a short loader will be required, as well as changes to the ethers build process to insert a signed hash.

Playground: Auto-complete Help

Similar to the library section, an auto-complete dialog should be brought up when typing ends in a dotted identifier which shows available methods, and the help info about them.

Only safe-getters (via whitelist) and non-property-getters should be followed to avoid side-effects.

Playground: PassThroughProvider

Add a pass-through provider, which allows the eval-execution sandbox to access any injected Web3 Provider with messages.

The UI must have a way to earn the user if it is being accessed and authorize forwarding calls.

Consolidate domains

It appears this organization runs ethers.io and ethers.org both using the same brand.

This looks like a scam/phishing website.

If both those websites are legitimate, please combine them onto one domain and redirect the other domain to it.
