Modern Object Pascal Introduction for Programmers

An introduction to modern Object Pascal. May be useful for programmers that already know the concepts (like "class"), but don't know how these concepts look in Object Pascal.

Contains some introductory material at the beginning, and at the end quickly jumps over more advanced topics like class references. Enjoy, and share and redistribute freely!

Source code is in AsciiDoc, processed by AsciiDoctor http://asciidoctor.org/ .

The output is on:

By Michalis Kamburelis (author of Castle Game Engine https://castle-engine.io/ ).

Примечания

"NOTE:" automatically creates a "note" field. But Russian "ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:" doesn't. Need to look up at AsciiDoctor extended syntax...

Please mention yourself as the translator of the book in Russian version, I want you to get credit for translating:)

I just noticed that you have not mentioned yourself as the author of the Russian translation, on https://github.com/eugeneloza/modern-pascal-introduction/blob/master/modern_pascal_introduction.adoc . And, as the author of the original English version, I really demand it :)

I know that translating an 80+ page book is a very large effort (and you also pinpointed many important places for improvements in the English version). I absolutely want you to get credit for this work, and so I absolutely want you to mention your name (and prominently, not just in the footer or such). We should get credit when we do cool work, and I know you did a lot!

I would suggest you simply replace the 2nd line of .adoc file from

Michalis Kamburelis

to

Michalis Kamburelis, Eugene Loza (Russian translation)

or

Michalis Kamburelis, Russian translation by Eugene Loza

(well, you should probably write the "Russian translation by" in Russian, not English :)

(And if other people helped in the translation or proof-reading, of course also give them credit. I'm sorry, I don't know who/how much other people helped, but of course please do give them credit too! Either in the header, as I suggest above, or as a simple "thank you" in the footer.)
