It is a single page application with links to github, resources, and our sponsors.
To start the development server, you can run npm install and then npm start.

At the bottom of the Eugene Web Devs homepage, we have a section called "Eugene Tech meetups". Some of the information on there is incorrect now, and there are more meetups that we should be adding to the section.

With issues open to the public there should be a guide doc.
This is a github pages site so no php will run and thus this should simply be removed from the repo with out changing any other files.
decide what linting rule to use for the project and create a github action that will run the linter before merging or on push. This will reduce the amount of mistakes submitted to master by conforming to rules and checks. It will also clean up any noise made in personal linters that involve white space.

Accelebrate is no longer a sponsor and should be removed
The sponsor contact sections links seem a bit small. this includes the title, website link, and the social icons.
These should be twice a large as they are now.
Add the latest youtube video on the site would help people find the videos more easily. This should pul in the lates via ajax

The nav needs the web devs meetup link and meetup icon and linkedin removed.
Rebuild site in svelte as a PWA. With some default components and minimal design
The READ ME should mirror a lot of the info on the site.
Add SSL via cloud flare for all the things https
add an offline feature with basic functionality ( current page loads in, forms are intractable and presubmitted if possible ). This is a requirement to ensure it is a PWA.
Meetup is no longer supporting API keys so the lambda used the API to get the next upcoming event no longer works. This needs a rebuild to use oAuth.
Remove existing site code and set up pwa app from https://www.pwabuilder.com/ on app-mobile branch.
Update readme as well.
The site uses JQuery for an ajax call. This should be replaced with axios.

The script adds HTML to the page advertising the next meet up. This functionality must be maintained.
With the data in place font awesome icons are needed. See current icons used in master branch.
The CNAME file should not be changed by contributors so this should be included in gitignore
Verify domain with github via a dns record
The google verification file doesn't need to be edited in local development. This should be in the git ignore.

The burger menu appears to be off on mobile. This should be tested and adjusted.
The Eugene Tech link for tech Tuesday "Tech Tuesday Meetup" goes to a past meet up. It should just go to the events for Eugene Tech
