Are there any plans for releasing an updated version of abseil?

This one was last time updated between LTS201800 and LTS20190808 abseil releases. Since then, there is currently a newer version LTS20200225.2

Melodic Release

The lack of a release for ROS Melodic is blocking ros_type_introspection and plotjuggler:

ros_type_introspection stopped building after the 0.4.0 release into kinetic

The 0.4.0 release triggered the first rebuild that failed.

Release for ros2

I would like to use abseil-cpp in moveit and need releases for galactic and rolling. Would you mind creating new releases and updating the copy of abseil-cpp you have to the latest?
