The EOSCPilot project has created its Governance Framework on github so that it can be owned by the community after the end of the project.

Should there be a peer review process to

a) access specific resources?
b) receive resource access tokens (e.g. cloud coins)?

Who should be involved in the peer review

a) funding agencies
b) researchers
c) resource providers

Incorporate policy development into the framework

Should outreach be part of the governance?

A emergent topic from the stakeholder forum is the need for better outreach - in terms of promoting what EOSC is (and isn't) to the broader research community. Should this be incorporated into governance, or is it a seperate issue dealt with elsewhere?
