Incorrect dependecy in pom.xml

I followed you README but Intellij was not finding the dependency locally. So I noticed that it was installed in .m2/repository/pro/evanwright/saphira.

I changed the <groupId>io.github.evancolewright</groupId> to <groupId>pro.evanwright</groupId> and now it is found.
