Can't run tests on Windows 10

Hi Evan,

Thank you for the sample code and the write up on engineering.velocityapp.com,

However I'm having a problem, when I tried to run the tests on a Windows 10 machine I receive the following error:
'TS_NODE_PROJECT' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Please note the app installs and loads perfectly on my Android Emulator.

Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

React native later versions compatibility

@evanjmg Hi. Can you please give a brief overview of what would be required to make this compatible with later versions of react native? Also, are you still planning to release a CLI?
