Does this support GPU?
Has anyone tried to install in RHEL 7? Any instructions or procedure to be followed?
When will your wallet deposit and withdraw become active? We can not send BCD.
There are no active peer node DNS seeds and no way to connect to the network from a new install.

Hi, I'm trying to support bcd mining using yiimp pool, which supports x13. How is the bcd optimized x13 different from x13? Is there any reference implementation available?
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
So I was normally running the client from my Kubuntu 17.04 virtual machine and it was syncing greatly until I came cross a block since the 23rd of June and it's stuck there, I'm backlogged with 4462 blocks.
I don't know what to do or how to deal with this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Warmest regards,
Hesham
i know "get a RTX 2080 Ti" and forget about it...
but... i miss the old cards.
Hash rate for GTX 690 & 590
curiosity killed the cat.!
i know they are 300w & 400w cards, gtx690 has 4GB of ram. 2+2, & Gtx590 has 3GB 1.5+1.5GB.
1-example:
gtx 1060 6gb
bfgminer5.4.2 -S opencl:auto --benchmark --verbose
cgminer3.7.2 --benchmark --verbose
makes avg: 715 MH/s in SHA256

Need For Speed The Run game, only works with 1x GPU, and W7, does Not work in W8.1x64, maybe x32 works, dont know.
the GTX 590 felt better, smoother, something was wrong with GTX600, maybe was HyperThreading fault.
also in W7x64 loading big .jpg in Windows Photo Viewer, GTX 500 loaded the jpg to video card,
but the 600 didnt do anything, very strange "let the Cpu do the work". kind of.
in paper 690 was better in everything, except in ROPs, memory BW & FP64.
https://www.anandtech.com/show/5805/nvidia-geforce-gtx-690-review-ultra-expensive-ultra-rare-ultra-fast
in SHA256, the 590 & 690 makes less than 200MH/s each, but dont know if per gpu or both gpus total.

for MoneroXMR v6 or BytecoinBCN GTX780Ti-3Gb makes less than 400H/s, GTX1060-6GB does 500H/s.
GTX Titan Z "2x780Ti" should do less than 800H/s, probably 700H/s, similar to a Dual AMD Opteron 6276.
GTX Titan Z or Dual 780Ti are 530w~630w

Can someone please let me know where can I find the source-code for the wallets, which themselves can be downloaded from here and where can I find build instructions for the same.
Hi, is there some lightweight wallet to use?
I wold like to import my private keys at the moment of the fork. Is that possible?
Either the build instructions are incorrect, or this isn't meant to be complied yet.
the idea is simple,
must be done in steps...
1st step is to create & include a code in the Core Wallet to auto-detect Lost Coins, "Inactive coins & address after X Years"
and make a parallel database.
2nd step is to create an automated self-healing / recycling code, to automatically sync all node wallets before any change to recover those lost coins / address.
Recycled coins can be given to Node Wallets, because Miners will get their fee anyway...
is important to avoid a 51% attack, giving Lost coins to Node Wallets "empty or not does not matter, but active" & giving proportionally will avoid a 51% attack once & for all.
Like Node Mining without mining, just for being on-line waiting..
True to the Original idea of Bitcoin / Satoshi Nakamoto to avoid a 51% attack, to Motivate the use of Node Wallets.
the reason is because an inefficient eco-system will Not survive...

hello i can't find any BCD testnet explorer links and how can i get BCD testnet coin from faucets.
Command"generate n" does not work no matter on bitcoindiamond-cli or bitcoindiamond-qt when choose test mode. "bitcoindiamond-1.0.0-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz" was downloaded on my computer. Does this version support "generate n" ? if yes, how to handle this problem?

are you guys have it in the roadmap?
hmm ... my git version is da43cd4
& now I set ~/.bitcoindiamond/bitcoindiamond.conf
& ln to ~/.bitcoindiamond/bitcoin.conf
will be okay
-assumevalid= default should be 0 "this is a Node!"
im downloading a BCD Node wallet, but i have the same problem i had with Bitcoin-core,
it gets stuck downloading 522524 block,
-reindex-chainstate does Not solve the problem, it should be renamed to: -reindex-chainstate-only
i have deleted chainstate & index folder, only leaving .blk .rev folder, "but also deleting the last 10.blk .rev files" and -reindex all, Not only chainstate. "should be renamed -reindex-all
im using different -dbcache= values to see if there is a problem,
right now im using =0
i have tried 12000
but my gaming board does Not have Buffered ECC memory, also shutdown takes more time... "bad with a small ups/power loss"
but the 7700K has Fast Cores required for Reindexing.
im using 4-threads, 50% cpu, more could be worse because the limited L2/L3 cache.
with Bitcoin-core the problem was solved by using Ethernet. the usb Wi-Fi makes errors, ive tryed different adapters, timing or data errors i don´t know... i just erased all and downloaded all again from 0.
also i had another problem, i was using an usb to ethernet adapter with a 1.8 meter usb extension, and the power loss was too much. "Apple USB Ethernet adapter with Bootcamp Drivers 6."
that problem was solved by using a powered USB2.0 hub, at the end of the usb extension cable / near the usb to ethernet adapter.
but...
this time, the problem is maybe someone has a faulty Node, that gives "fake" blocks, i´ve seen that happen with .torrents, a faulty server gives data, but all data is invalid, and i end up downloading the same file 500x times, and still gives an error, .torrent enters in an endless loop trap runaway, downloads all, gives error, downloads again, gives error, downloads again all, gives error, etc... endless loop.
but Bitcoin security methods "gets stuck" &/or cannot connect to nodes. acts like a fuse/jumper.
also im locking pages to memory, to avoid VirtualRAM. "to reindex faster"

It seems that y'all forked from BTC 0.14.2 and did not implement something like SIGHASH_FORKID which allows Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold to have 2 way replay protection.
Did you guys implement replay protection in some other way or are you running a mainnet right now with no replay protection?
Hi, anyone could send me the ip of the nodes on BCD testnet please. We are trying to implement BCD to yiimp mining pool. Seems we are able to mine now, but I wanna check if the block can be mined or not.
The daemon could only find one node on the testnet, the syncing process stopped at height 1075151. Guess I might need to connect to some other node for syncing cause I am getting this message 'error -10: bitcoindiamond is downloading' at yiimp side. Thanks.

Not sure how much you expect to maintain this project going further, but providing the git history since bitcoin allows you to rebase and get all the improvements that go in upstream.
In this instance, I am opening an issue because it's now impossible to see what parts are different to bitcoin, easing introducing changes into a library to work with the currency. Aside from this niche case, it's also impossible to see if a backdoor was introduced since the codebase was forked.
Hi,
I would like to receive BCD on testnet, does someone know if there is a friendbot to get some ?
Thank you in advance for your response
I cann't find out BCD testnet explorer, could you please tell me?
I found something weired: rpc sendrawtransaction call reports:
code: -22 message: 'TX decode failed'
on seemingly legitimate raw tx strings.
To reproduce, grab any rawtx on the explorer:
http://insight.btcd.io/insight-api/rawtx/{txid}
and feed the output to decoderawtransaction. It will report above error every time.
Reallly appreciated if you can answer this puzzle.
I downloaded the execution file from url(https://github.com/eveybcd/BitcoinDiamond/releases).
Execute the command start service.
command: ./bitcoindiamondd -rpcuser=user -reindex -txindex=1 -port=28445 -bind=10.111.3.223 -rpcport=18332 -rpcpassword=passwd -rpcallowip=10.0.0.0/8 -debug -regtest -datadir=../data/bcd
then I want to execute the command generation block.
command: ./bitcoindiamond-cli -rpcuser=user -port=28445 -bind=10.111.3.223 -rpcport=18332 -rpcpassword=passwd -regtest -datadir=../data/bcd generate 5
but result is no effective。
Can you help me?
why we are not transfer bcd to anther account ? when you are start transfer system ?
I went through doc/build-*.md
files, but the build instructions are about bitcoin-core, not the wallets that can be downloaded here - https://btcd.io/download/
Can someone please let me know where can I find the source-code for the wallets, which themselves can be downloaded from here and where can I find build instructions for the same.
Hello does the code of the bitcoin explorer is open source ?
How do you decode the transactions hashes concerning some outputs ?
Can someone point me where to look for in the code so I can have a look and figure out myself in case the explorer is not open source ?
Thanks

Hello,
I sent an email few days ago but it seems that it is more active here. I have some suggestions and I'm a UXR with 5+ years of experience.
Would love to chat. (Also fluent in KR and decent in JP).
hey Devs @Starry9 @king-etc @kingmeng-storage @niyonx
I've tried both linux pre-release and linux latest releases, both compiled as well as used pre-compiled versions of bitcoindiamondd starts well with config file bitcoin.conf and even syncs well. However, daemon isn't connected with any rpcport / port.
I've run default and found no rpcprot/port opened by the daemon and even I customized rpcport/port in bitcoin.conf but still it doesn't open any ports.
Then I tried to run ports with command line ./bitcoindiamond -rpcport=portnumber -port=portnumber.
No matter what I do, ports aren't being opened by bitcoindiamondd.
Please advise
Hi, a little help please. I am living in a region where i got a lot of missing ping packets, timeouts and frequent disconnection from most of the chinese mining pools.
Is there a way i can solo mine bcd with my nvidia rig.
some history/background reasons:
older Bitcoin-Core had built-in internal CPU Wallet Mining,
also send with 0-Fee if possible.
Node Wallet in -server mode allowed to -setgenerate # of CPU threads,
Only when the Node Core Wallet was mining, it allowed to send with 0-Fee.
¿why Satoshi Nakamoto would allow to send with 0-Fee?
to avoid a 51% attack,
0-Fee will motivate more people to have & download a Node Wallet... avoiding a 51% attack...
increasing the Network Security.
that is the #1 & #2 problems with Ethereum Network,
#1. ETH does Not have instant Transaction Notification, because it has 2MB Blocks every 15 seconds, BUT...
#2. Blocks every 15 seconds, (A) are insufficient for instant transaction notification, (B) makes almost imposible to have a Node Wallet for most people, making a 51% attack almost inevitable in the future...
ETH Network will become completely Centralized, All must Trust in a Central Authority, and that goes against the Original idea of Satoshi Nakamoto Decentralized Network / Economy.
This Request is to Return BCD-Core to Original Satoshi Nakamoto Vision, and Restore CPU Wallet mining with 0-Fee option if solo mining.
getmininginfo also included setgenerate true or false.
the reason i post this here is because i don´t like the way Bitcoin-Core BTC is "evolving",
i think BCD is a much better branch/evolution of the code.
Satoshi Nakamoto Vision was interesting is some ways, but limited in others...
1-example:
Mining Reward Decay Half-Life follows Sample & Hold version of the Radioactive Half-Life Decay...."that actually does Not jump in Half, but is measured when changes are Half",
maybe had a limited knowledge of Radioactive properties or wanted to create a Digitized version.
but the total coins were a random number, Not enough, too limited for a vision of a Decentralized economy/ world....
Bitcoin-Core BTC does Not follow the Avogrado Constant, and that would be the logic thing to do if following the Radioactive Half-Life Decay in nature.
just followed a random number 21, probably for a personal reason... "Birthday or Age of Majority of him or his son."
Anyway... BCD & Bytecoin BCN are the only coins that try to follow a more Avogrado Constant for total coins.
CriptoNight coins Bytecoin/Monero do Not follow the Sample & Hold Half-Life Reward, "called 2.3 Irregular Emission", but follows a more natural Decay, like Real Half Life Decay in Nature.
https://cryptonote.org/whitepaper.pdf
maybe the 21 limitation was required for that time, to kick start the project, but...
thats why i think BCD mutation/evolution is much better, following Bell Curve characteristics,
can be seen here:

seems BCD has lift-off..

some coins have a Downloadable Logo, for other websites/apps and people accepting those coins can integrate into their publicity...
the actual logo looks very flat 2D... also blue & yellow does not appeal everybody....
the idea is to make the same logo in 3D, and different people render in different softwares,
because all render engines render very different, photorealistic...
Arnold, iRay, V-Ray, Maxwell, Arion, FurryBall, RenderMan, Octane, PovRay, LuxRender, Cinema4D, MentalRay, Corona, Cycles, Physical, Redshift3D, etc...
and vote for the best render like a contest, for 3D artists....
logo could be .gif "animated"
i dont know if .icons allow animation...
