Please Release compiled versions of BCD sgminer

interesting, there are 3 miners with BCD algo,
vvpool "Not Open Source, Windows Binaries Only",
uray "Linux Binaries Only, but Open",
and eveybcd fork of: sgminer "No Binaries"
