Use user & password null when IntegratedSecurity is true

When i am using dbtools with sql server with integrated security True i could normally create db only if user and password are empty strings, here we have to replace null values for this case with empty strings values

A problem with long MySql script

Extension return null as conn string

Method for db structure + data generation return null instead of connectionString, i am passing valid params

Turn off ssl for Mysql

As we seen in 1.0.1 sometimes we have problem when attempt to create mysql database it happens due to we unable to set mysql.ssl option to off, we should do this temporarily

Pass all required timeou parameters, not use hardcodes

For mysql there are some hard coded values:

    builder.ConnectionLifeTime = 600;
    builder.ConnectionTimeout = 600;
    builder.DefaultCommandTimeout = 500;

we should take params from IDictionary<string, string> parameters
