List Games

Send a list of games to every client that joins the master channel (#inhumanity).

Every time a new game is created, the bot should send a message to chat telling everyone that a new game was created (and if it password protected or not).

Presence Assertion

The bot should assert its presence to everyone who joins the master channel (#inhumanity) to inform them that the bot is present. The client can then keep tabs on the bot and notify the player if the bot dies or whatever.

If no bot is present when a client joins, a warning message should be displayed in the client, allowing them to continue to chat while awaiting a bot. When a bot arrives, the client can notify the player that they are now able to create/join a game.
