Riemann dashboard broken ?

I forked and fixed some provision problems (https://github.com/Cethy/workshop-visibility/commit/754f07282c467cb453d0daf4583bc37ce782a1c2), but I don't seem to be able to display the riemann dashboard.
On the VM installed during the workshop, it's working, but not on a new install (after my mods or not).
And I can't remember if we had to do something special to get it running.
Any idea ?
