OSX steps to build

The steps to build it on OSX were a little complicated, so I'm recording there here.

brew install llvm --all-targets  # Need the arm backend

# Add /usr/local/Cellar/llvm/3.4/bin to $PATH
# It's not installed by default, since it'd clash with clang from xcodetools

# Install devkitPro Arm stuff.
export DEVKITARM=... #  Where ever you put the devkitPRO ARM tools
export DEVKITPRO=... #  Where ever you put the devkitPRO ARM tools

I've been playing around getting this to work with the latest rust nightlies, and would like to do some further work based on it (developing a slightly more advanced project). However, currently this project lacks a license of any sort, which creates a legal issue with doing that.

Would it be possible for you to add an open-source license (for example, MIT or BSD) to this project so that it can be built upon?
