Reducing this to Medium. This would amaze people to have it done, but i don't think anybody would expect or criticize it for not being present.

I almost feel like this is critical, or at least, a super nice to have as this is how mobile looks currently:

For some reason the web version on mobile had a much narrower left hand nav, but now that we are using the APK it's no longer responsive. So yes I agree with Andrew that this becomes kind of critical.

or, if not a full-on hamburger menu, at least some kind of responsive width left hand nav. For example, I think it could be just much narrower especially if we truncate the room names

Forgot to update last night, got a pretty rudimentary hamburger working.

I would think we'd just go with something like this to get something out the door, then possibly customize this or find a library that is a bit more fancy down the road.
