Once you are on the triage team (you have to accept the invitations to all three orgs, check your email), you can post to the team discussions here, feel free to introduce yourself and ask any questions!

My list of tips and tricks, which covers subscribing to all the repos, is here. If you can't see that link yet, here it is in gist form.

If you're still feeling lost and confused, don't panic! No one expects folks to be productive immediately after joining, and we will hopefully figure out together how any of this actually works ❤️ Here is a list of issues commented on by myself || ryhinchey || ghinks, as an example of some triaging in action.

The meeting recording will be uploaded to youtube sometime in the next few days, and a link posted here.

Date works for me but 7:30pm ET can be tough as it’s right at bed time for my young ones.

Hey there folks! I wanted to remind ya'll to request a Triage role if you're still interested. There's zero pressure, if you decide later it's not for you, you can always bow out or ask to be removed. Requesting to join is done by opening an issue, see here for more information.

I know our onboarding meeting was quite a download, and it was certainly rough around the edges (this was the first time we'd ever done something like this). If anyone has critical feedback about your experience in the meeting (especially if it's about me dominating air time!) we'd be happy to hear it, either here, or if you're more comfortable privately via email. My email is on my profile, as is @ghinks.

I'm going to open a new issue proposing another Triage meeting for May 21st. Details can be hashed out there, but I'm assuming it will be a much more informal session group discussion driven by attendees or maybe we do some triage together as a learning experience. ❤️
