Virtual Museum Guide App

Android application that helps users explore the museum and its exhibitions.

Features :

• Indoor offline map with support for multiple floor selection.
• Markers for different points of interest in the museum including exhibitions, washrooms, stairs, exits etc...
• Storyline tour which displays a path to guide visitors through various points of interest in the museum.
• Paths and markers which change color to reflect the users current location and immediate route to take.
• Exploration mode, where the user can freely explore the museum.
• Navigation mode which permits user to get the shortest path to their chosen point of interest or find the closest exit.
• Each point of interest can have images, audio, video, and text descriptions.
• Using Estimote beacon technology, new content will automatically be presented to visitors when approaching points of interest.
• Application fetches customizable content from a web host server on fresh install.
• English and French language support.
