Display expiration dates

In addition to the number of days until expiration the actual expiration date of the contract(s) should be shown.

Not using all pages when sorting

Sorting screener results via the table headers results in sorted data only for that page of results. For screens with more than one page of results sorting should occur across all pages, e.g. if sorting by max profit (descending) the first page will have the highest profit of all results for that screen and the last page the lowest.

Duplicate trades

Some screens contain duplicate trades being displayed.

Screen for multiple underliers

Presently can only screen for either a single underlier or all underliers. Functionality should be added to allow specifying multiple underliers.

Keyboard shortcuts

Some keyboard shortcuts should be added to control screener results pagination. Left/right arrows and J/K for controlling backward/forward.
