Unit test criteria to met F8A: Definition of Done

The following criteria should be accomplished to met F8A: Definition of Done

• unit test setup in the repository
• unit test coverage ~ 50% (let's start with lover number)
• the business logic needs to be covered
• all business logic covered in documentation (README etc.)

Create template to be used to fill in issues, feature requests, and bugs

We need to create a template to be used for each pull request.

Update all QA-related scripts to be able to read 'source directories' from one central file

Currently, several QA-related scripts have the 'source-directories' included in the script body. It would be nice to use separate and central configuration file for this. In case we need to check separate files, list of such files should be written into the files.txt configuration file.

Create template to be used for each pull request

We need to create template to be used to:

• fill in issues
• requests for new features
• bug reports

Create one script to check for all possible issues for the whole repository

Create one script that can be used by devops to check for all possible errors, warnings, and inconsistencies. The script should provide correct error reporting as well.

Add QA-related scripts into separate subdirectory

Currently all QA-related scripts (check-bashscripts.sh, check-docstyle.sh) are stored in the repo's root directory. It might be worth to move it into separate subdirectory to cleanup the content a bit.

Catching and logging Exceptions

Bayesian plugin being run in a Jenkins pipeline, its highly important to catch and log (to console) all possible exceptions (all the way to java.lang.Exception). Please refactor the code to include these comments..
