Some of the regions in the maps are not clickable

Some of the regions on the maps in profile pages are not working.

Unable to install this packages while running requirements.txt file in python 2.7

Images are not consistent in Finding places section in homepage

In homepage, finding places section images are not consistent.
In the search box we are showing Mahbubnagar but on the right side it is Nalgonda district.
Whichever district we show I think it should be consistent in both images.

Running Django in with Debug = False doesn't load the main.css

When we use DJANGO_DEBUG=False in the .env, the main.css doesn't load and is messing up the UI

Incorrect adherence to licence terms

Hi

I just had a look at the licence of your codebase and it seems that you have changed the original upstream licence. This is probably accidental but please review the terms of the licence here:
https://github.com/Code4SA/wazimap/blob/master/LICENSE

Specifically, the original MIT licence should refer to Census Reporter. Also, the terms require adequate attribute to Census Reporter, Wazimap, Media Monitoring Africa and Code for South Africa. These licence terms cannot be removed.

While we're overjoyed that you have used Census Reporter / Wazimap for Counting India we feel that it is only fair to receive attribution.

Change the Numeric system to Indian

Large white space on the page below the map when comparing two regions

When the screen resolution is lower than 1560px wide, there is a large white space below the map. This happens when we compare two regions for eg

Switching back to State-level view from a District-level in compare mode

User is unable to switch back to State-level view (for same or different State) after reaching a District-level in compare mode. Only option is to load a State in single view mode & then select another state for comparison.
Instead, District geo/topo-json layer could be added only for the selected state & leave the other States in the State-layer itself; This will enable the user to switch to any other State without leaving the compare mode.

When comparing two regions there is an extending whitespace at the bottom of the screen

Some tooltips on the profile page data are cutting off
