On some pages image urls provided by plugin can't be resolved

Hello. First of all, thank you for your plugin, it's great!

I've found a small bug. When I was looking for an identifier at NCBI (e.g. AHR gene page), it found JASPAR records but failed to load images. Though the same request from other pages successfully loads images. I'm sure, it is not a jaspar problem: I'm developing a HOCOMOCO plugin, and it has the same problem.

I'm not sure whether this problem is related to FAIR-biomed or it is some kind of security policy of NCBI, but perhaps you can find a way to workaround this problem.

Add license

Hey folks!

@asntech suggested adding this to the OBF newsletter (thanks @asntech !) - I'm just in the process of authoring the newsletter, and I noticed there is no license for this repo, which unfortunately makes it illegal to re-use.

Is there any chance y'all might be able to add a licence in the next few days (say, by the end of Monday 24 August) so I could include this in the newsletter?
