unhandled exemption error in swat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the Swat  from following link 
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxfib9ZpfZLadUw1YVc5SEhhT00/edit
2. installed the same on  windows 7 (64-bit)
3. getting the error attached the same 
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should start the start the scan instead giving error as attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS -- windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
