Add identifier for video and IGTV posts

Hello and thanks for this excellent utility!

I noticed that for video and IGTV posts Instafeed only outputs the poster image and not the link to the actual video and that these post types seem like normal photo posts.

Please consider adding some kind of identifier in the generated feed, so that users are notified about the video post types.

Accept a list of user account from a file

In addition to command line argument, accept a list of user account from a file specified with option -l <FILE>. For each list entry the output should go to ./<user>.xml

Does this work with two factor authentication?

Hi, I am running into the unable to initialize Instagram client: fail: error, which I assume is due to two factor authentication. Normally, I will have to enter a 6-digit code to confirm my login. Does instafeed support this?

Support Locations

Instagram now makes you login to view an Instagram location feed. Is there any way instafeed will support that? An example is one for the empire state building below. Supporting a location number e.g. 6811413 would be great.

Locations No Longer Working

You used to be able to use loc: to get a location e.g. for the empire state building it would be loc: 6811413. However, it is not getting an error:

error: unable to retrieve user "loc:6811413" feed: unable to retrieve location feeds: json: cannot unmarshal number 3.0 into Go struct field .sections.explore_item_info.aspect_ratio of type int

Can't generate feed

Hi, after doing go get github.com/falzm/instafeed, I ran ~/go/bin/instafeed acagastya and I get error: unable to retrieve user "acagastya" feed: unable to get user information: fail: login_required (). My zshrc contains export IG_LOGIN=username and export IG_PASSWORD=somepass.

Any idea what might be the problem?

cannot login, fail: challenge_required

there is no way to pass this error. I keep my instagram open but it fails before the confirmation screen comes up on instagram.
