《13 周跑步行走计划》是一个面向跑步初学者的锻炼计划，它的训练方式是跑步和行走相结合的，例如“跑步 1 分钟，行走 2 分钟，共做 6 次”。我在执行这个计划的过程中发现，跑步的时候总是时不时的去看一下手表很繁琐，并且经常忘记自己做到第几次了，于是开发了 Runner。
Runner 是专为《13 周跑步行走计划》开发的 Web App，它能记录我的训练进度、帮助我计时，并在即将完成跑步或行走的训练时给出提示。我只需要安心跑步，Runner 会告诉我什么时候该跑步，什么时候该行走。
当你打开 Runner 之后,请不要返回主屏幕/切换到其它 APP/锁屏.浏览器在后台运行时会停止计时,所以你需要保证浏览器总是在运行着,并且跑步过程中要时不时的用大拇指碰一下屏幕防止它自动关闭 😂
我本来准备使用黑科技让手机屏幕常亮,但试了好多次均以失败告终.
