打不开应用程序

MacOS Catalina 10.15.3
在设置--安全与隐私里已经允许，但是双击没有应用程序打开

直接双击打开dsym文件会有两个弹框报错:
The file “MachOView_2.6.1.ziZiq6GzXNj” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it.
The document “MachOView.app.dSYM” could not be opened. You don’t have permission.
