Getting the following trying to build:

Add ability to set timeout

Looks that currently some files cause freeze at ffmpeg side - qarmin/czkawka#775 so good solution would be to add timeout command to be able to close ffmpeg after a while to prevent such situations

Running ffmpeg on Windows cause to show console window

On Linux there is no issue.

Add support for image-rs 0.24

Currently both
https://github.com/Farmadupe/ffmpeg_cmdline_utils
and
https://github.com/Farmadupe/vid_dup_finder_lib

use image-rs 0.23, so app that use image-rs 0.24, must contains code for both versions of this library which increase compilation times and binary size
