Apparently ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab don't send anything

as discussed in irc, there's a few ctrl-sequences not implemented; I would love to see ctrl ` implemented but i'm sure with the code snipit they can all be whipped out:

ctrl (chars below)
` 1 9 0 = esc ; ' , .

ctrl alt (chars below)
` 1 8 0 9 ; ' , . F4
[ some of the F-keys may dual register as ctrl F-keys ]

ctrl shift number-keys and symbols seem flaky too; can post the bind keys and use a tty session to verify which key sequences should push through - may do that tonight or tomorrow if need be.

Also Ctrl + Arrow keys are not working for me.
I tried with mintty and ssh from cygwin and Ctrl + Arrow keys are sent there.
Maybe post this as a separate bug?
