Now the at each day the world is generating I(t). It should be generating I(t)-I(t-1)
I(t) is the prevalence.
Calculate the daily incidence (number of new case per day) in order to properly update the map.

We can reuse the example Pygame code, or propose a different framework for visualization.
Rendering should also include diagnostic plots, instead of just the grid visualizations, such as
