Esta tela só tem HTML estático. Arrumar o CSS, se preocupando em deixar a aplicação responsiva.

Alerta de emails para topicos de interesse

Criar a possibilidade de usuários receberem alertas de emails sobre eventos de seu interesse, poderia existir uma maneira de se inscrever em tópicos e contas de interesse, e, assim, quando novos eventos com esses atributos fossem adicionados este usario receberia um email.
