Deze deeltaak verplaatsen naar semester 3, ergens bij frameworks

In sprint 11 gaan we kort behandelen wat server-side-optimisation is en hoe je dat kan doen, bij de introductie van Svelte kunnen e dit weer aanhalen en vertellen dat het Svelte framework dit zelf al doet, en even kijken hoe?
We kunne Svelte bespreken en bekijken hoe ze alle belangrijke principes van FDND wel/niet toepassen.

De readme heeft een stuk meer content dan normaal, klopt dat?

Kunnen we deze leertaak toepassen op framework optimalisatie? Of is dat niet nodig?
