Note that as of today, IDLE (thus DIMMING) works everywhere: wayland, X and tty.
DPMS works in X and tty only.
Thus we just miss GAMMA support on wayland (and possibly tty...?) and DPMS support on wayland.

After 3914db7, Idle module should have perfect interface to support wlroots idle protocol.
Gamma still needs a proper study.
I think that dpms module can be entirely thrown away: just use one more Idle client with a longer timeout, and set dpms ON in case. It seems there is still no protocol for this on wayland though.

For anyone interested in wlroots gamma/idle protocols support, I just pushed both protocols CMakeLists.txt support in wayland_support branch.
I am not sure i will go on implementing them as I have not much time to spend on testing something I won't use in the near future (as I'm still on X).
But I will happily accept any patch to support them, feel free to open a PR!
