<message> that contains ':' converted to ./<message>

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an sms request like this

smsReq := sms.New("", "123456", "message:message", "type")

2. Read the body of the sms request

fmt.Println(smsReq.GetBody())

Expected output:

message=message%3Amessage&message_type=type&originating_ip=&phone_number=123456

Actual output:

message=.%2Fmessage%3Amessage&message_type=type&originating_ip=&phone_number=123456

The root cause of the problem is that url.String() adds a leading './' to the string when the path contains ':'

}
fmt.Println(u.String())

output: ./message:message
