Make all attributes modifiables programmatically

Add setters for all custom attributes:

• animationDuration
• dotDiameter
• dotGap
• currentPageIndicatorColor
• pageIndicatorColor

Add sample app

Create a sample app that exercises all customizable attributes of InkPageIndicator so they can be modified at runtime.
