Button click with Ipad Pro not always responding

I am using Safari on a Ipad Pro and often when I click on buttons the application does not respond to keys and I need to do a refresh.
Also the button click sound often disappears.

Crash to desktop

lately an unexpected mistake by Fergo CDU often crashes the simulator. Here's the error report:

Square characters not being shown correctly with clients on other languages

When the client is not on English Unicode (or other Unicode languages), the square input characters appear with the not-found unicode icon (square with a ? inside).

all I see on tablet is the MENU/PMDG 737-700 FMC

I can use it like normal but the only thing that change is the PMDG FMC nothing on the tablet its just in MENU page all the time.
so I have connection but no respond visuel on the tablet

I just got this and it looks really nice. I did the auto config and it shows up and works fine in my computer browser. But when I try to load it on my android phone or tablet I get a blank page. They are all on the same network and I am using the IP address creating in the app, but no joy. Any ideas as to why my router is not letting the tablet connect?

Press the CLR key for about 2 sec

Hello, I just purchased your Fergo Virtual CDU for PMDG 737. I noticed the following:

If I press the CLR key for about 2 sec, the entire entry line should be deleted. But this does not work!

MSFS PMDG 737 Input lag

An all my devices (iPhone, Pixel phone, Samsung tablet, Microsoft surface tablet) there is a input lag on the external device when typing and a delay when broadcasting it to the SIM FMC.
Entering the values via mouse in the cockpit is faster and more reliable (maybe as a consequence of the input lag) than using the remote FMC.
Any idea what I could? What am I doing wrong?
All devices connected to the home Wi-Fi, Win 11, latest update. Didn’t check the firewall or port (forwarding?).

[Feature Request] Add Support for PMDG 777 (when it is released)

This is just a roadmap tracking issue for the feature request to add support for the PMDG 777 planes (e.g. 777-300er, 777-200lr) when they will start releasing in the next 2 months. My understanding is that the PMDG SDK / API should be the same for those, so your app might already work. However, it would be great to have your official response on supporting the 777 in this app.

full screen with no buttons.

Hey awesome product but i want to use this with just the full screen video feed for a 5inch home made fmc unit. Unfortunately as i have made my own fmc with all the correct functioning buttons i dont require the use of the virtual buttosn but would just like to have the screen as the only thing i can see on the page.

Unresponsive on tablet

Hi,
I purchased the Fergo Remote CDU, but I have problems with the responsiveness on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) tablet.
I know this is not the newest tablet, but in XPlane it was perfectly able to handle any remote CDU.

The problem is that the device is very unresponsive. The touchscreen often doesn't work, the keystrokes are not recognized.
I have tried several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi) but the issue remains.

Unfortunately this renders the remote CDU almost useless.

Any idea for a solution?

Insensitive touch screen

Hi, I use my iPhone IOS16.1.2 or my iPad IOS 15.6.1 for Fergo Virtual CDU and very often the touch screen stops working and I have to reload the webpage to get it working again. This problem is very annoying and takes away the pleasure of using Fergo Virtual CDU.
Do you know a remedy?

I have default Firefox, and I want to run CDU in Google Chrome (fullscreen mode is better there).

web address not found to connect remote cdu

I just purchased and installed the Fergo virtual cdu into my msfs to remotely use the mcdu on my pmdg 737-600. It linked up immediatly and displayed on my tablet. I was able to setup for the options I wanted and later shut down the computer. When I started up the computer the next day. I initialized the Fergo app and it connected to the msfs and when I tried to link my tablet I got and error message that it can't find web page 192.168.50.98 and below that message was no webpage could be found and a HTTP error 404. My flight sims. address us tge 50,98 address. I am at a loss on where to go from here. Thank you ,Bob

"Unrecognized message"

When pressing a key on the FMC the server response with "unrecognized message" and nothing happens. The display correctly shows the information but no inputs can be given.

MSG - OFST - CALL - FAIL indicators

When I press the lamp test in the PMDG 737, MSG, OFST, CALL and FAIL lights up on the FMC in the cockpit.

You have MSG, OFST, DSPY, FAIL on. In addition, DSPY and FAIL "hang together" in your cdu.html and light up together, that shouldn't be the case.

So:

• Replace DSPY with CALL
• Disconnect connection with FAIL
• FAIL lits amber, CALL should lit white
