Tune Variables

There are variables in the ino file that are marked for tuning:

  • Line 54: Calspeed controls the speed at which the motors turn when the robot is doing the calibration sweep on setup. This is too high since the robot turns way too fast. It should be lowered such that the robot slowly scans the line
  • Line 59: kp controls the proportional control factor, we might consider changing this if the robot doesn't respond to changes quick enough
