Error in rvp_cleaned.csv

In rvp_cleaned.csv there is 'EWS-PWD' instead of 'EWS-PwD' which is inconsistent with the rest of the data and make the site crash when we select 'EWS' with PwD
I just made a pull request solving this issue (#11)
