TextView in TTLogEntryDetailsVC doesn't dismiss the keyboard correctly

Convert the whole view to a TableVC and react on scroll events to dismiss the keyboard. Also scroll the table in landscape mode to make the active field visible.

Display LogEntries in IssueDetailVC

Requires a lot of refactoring - currently the IssueDetailsVC is a TVC with static rows -> migrate to dynamic rows.

ProjectSettingsVC should observe model changes

Improve Positioning of TextFields in TableViews so that they are always visible while typing

ChangeIssueVC cannot select anything

After loading the ChangeIssueVC the user cannot select any item in the list until he scrolled the list.

React on NSUbiquityIdentityDidChangeNotification and delete any local data.

Loading data from iCloud sometimes violates constraints

The system needs to save the RepositoryOwner and ProjectName for GitHub Projects to identify a project!
ProjectName + CurrentUser won't work for all repositories.

RACSignal does not fire callbacks on HTTP 204

When deleting a comment the GitHub API will sent a HTTP 204 response. RACSignals do not fire any callbacks but perform the request.
Cause of that syncingTimelogEntriesOfIssueFailed: and syncedTimelogEntriesOfIssue: won't get called reliable.

Display wait message during initial iCloud setup

LogEntries cannot be deleted while time is tracked in the TTTrackingVC

[tableView reloadData] is called every second so delete buttons that are summoned by swiping are immediately removed.
TableView should be updated only row by row if necessary.

Ask user on startup if he wants to use iCloud

ProjectsVC's NSFetchedResultsController doesn't update on iCloud changes

All notifications are fired correctly but the controller does not update his contents correctly. It seems that the underlying NSFetchRequest does not return the updated data.
After app restart all data is correctly displayed - even if the device has no network on app relaunch.

Handle deletion of active issue

The TrackingVC must be updated to show another issue(the default issue) if the user deleted the currently active issue in the ChangeIssueVC.

Make TTIssueDetailsVC a TableVC

This will improve readability and fix some issues with Landscape Mode.
