Better list formatting & adding missing information

I created this project quickly and I don't like how the list is generated: it should be sexier!

I also added new information about the awesome people doing coffee chat, and they aren't listed yet.

Incorrect links in README-TEMPLATE.md

Links in README-TEMPLATE.md lead to the 404 error page

• people.json and schema.json under Add yourself to the list
• people.json under Remove yourself from this list

Links should not have /scripts in

e.g.

should be
