Hi, I've got cx 8150 using alc and Lilu. All audio working but no mic.

Is there a way I can do the same as you and somehow customize the script to accommodate cx 8150?

HDMI is not working on Catalina

I am new to hackintosh.
A few days ago I installed Mojave, patched the DSDT and everything seemed to be working properly except the WiFi.

I have seen that in Catalina it does work, and I saw the branch, therefore I started to install it.

When installing it, I realize that the HDMI does not work, in addition to that the system is not able to recognize when it is charging or not. But the latter matters less to me ...

I would like to know what I am doing wrong, I have installed the latest WhateverGreen and Lilu kext.
I have the parameter agpmod=pikera activated.

What's going on?

(PS: The kext that makes WiFi work in Catalina is called AppleIntelWiFi)

Touchpad doesn't work

Hi, I'm new user of Hackintosh. Thanks for this great work, but my system doesn't boot with VoodooI2C.kext.

So, if I exclude VoodooI2C.kext - everything is OK, but touchpad doesn't work

Screen brightness become maximum on every boot

Screen brightness and keyboard seem to be set to default value after each boot. I have tried to use RC scripts clover amd erasing NVRAM.plist in EFI partition but no luck... Any suggestions on this?

Have tried to set nvram to disk as Always but on reboot it becomes 0..

Keyboard backlight not working

Dear @fidele007 , I has patched DSDT with KeyboardBacklight16, but my backlight was not working.
Is there any settings else that you not write?

I've followed the guide,

1. download the Mojave.app and wrote it into USB
2. Install bootloader and add apfs.efi, HFSPlus.efi.
3. add ESSENTIAL KEXTS(only the ones listed, not all of them from original git.)
4. copied config_preinstall.plist to efi/CLOVER, and rename it to config.plist
5. go to boot, disabled what's listed on the guide, and I finally entered the installer.
6. erase the disk which I formatted in Windows 10 and install.

and the error occurred, can somebody help me please...

Does bluetooth-mouse works?

I have 2 bluetooth mice and they both don't work with Hack. Bluetooth works (headphones work ok), but When I'm trying to pair mouse - MacOS sees it, after ckicking on it system shows that it's connected, but a mouse continue to blinking (it means that it continues to find a new pair)
So, somebody had a same problem?

My mice:
Logitech M590 Multi-Device Silent
Xiaomi Mi Mouse

with USB wireless mouse works perfect, but I can't pair them with bluetooth

Kernel Panic on Catalina fresh install

Hi, I have a problem with Catalina post install.
After successful fresh install my system falls with Kernel Panic on each boot.
I have used config.plist and DSDT/SSDT patches from catalina branch and also tried other various config.plist files from my previous Mojave configuration but same Kernel Panic continue to happen on each boot.

System boots only in safe mode.

Panic log shows this:

I have started a thred on tonymacx86 where I attached examples of EFI folder and other information which could help to solve this problem, but there is no solution for the moment.

If somebody could share some useful information, please help, I am trying to solve this problem for a long time.

Black internal screen if external is connected at boot

So I installed Mojave on my laptop and I have two big problems. First, the internal display goes black during boot if I have my external display connected via HDMI, but if I boot without the external one and plug it in after boot then everything works great. I don't why this is or how I could solve it, I don't want to disconnect and reconnect my monitor every time I restart. My second problem is that I can't get the microphone to work, not the internal one nor an external inline one.

Guys,I've had a little problem that was I needed a Vm on my hackintosh and it kept telling me I needed to activate virtualization, so I searched a bit and tried it out, everything looks the same and now my VM is working well. So, my question is, do we really need to disable those things in BIOS, and why?

Pardon my language, I am French and I do not speak English very well 😉
I tried the installation via this thread, clover works pretty well, but during the launch, I cant get to the installer: after a while, the installation hangs and asks to contact the Apple service to solve the problem.
I saw that it could be caused by the file lilu.kext, indeed it is the version 1.2.7 which is given in the downloads, but the last release is 1.3.5.
But that does not solve the problem.

Did you have this problem too? how did you solve it?

Black screen with a blinking cursor

I'm trying to install mojave on my laptop.
After installing mojave with Unibeast, I replace CLOVER and BOOT folders.
I boot from the flash drive and see a black screen with a blinking cursor.
What am I doing wrong?
Did anyone have this?
Does the version of the operating system matter? Because I tried 14.0.6 and 14.0.5

Is there any chance we could install MacOS Catalina on our machine?
