HIRS version footprint not considered

Currently hardwired for HIRS/2 only

Possible addition of argument for HIRS version, as it is used elsewhere, or include dictionary of versions/footprint sizes

Missing file fix does not cover errors at end of day

Missing file fix uncovers new error which prevent files being created when considering AVHRR files which appear to elongate past midnight - so fail at the same point.

May be a very similar error to last file fix - will look into.

Consider writing submission script in python

Writing a submission script in python would enable cases where processing of a single orbit within a day fails to be caught as an exception, and processing of the remaining orbits to continue (similar to how we run the GBCS code).
